A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?

* What could be improved?
  • Perhaps a more selective admissions process for this program. The subject matter is very delicate, and it is important that all students take the content of the course very seriously in order to best represent Geneseo. I don't believe that this was the case this time around, as there were students on the trip who stated that they were there on "vacation," and behaved inappropriately at times when maturity and respect were necessary. When learning about the Holocaust on location, the material must be treated delicately, and some students did not seem to understand that.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? People don't hate tourists as much as people will tell you. They just dislike rude people as much as anyone here in America would.
