SUNY New Paltz: Paris - Summer French Language Studies at Institut Catholique de Paris

Courses are available at the ILCF at all levels. Students will take a placement examination on arrival free of charge. Depending on placement, students will enroll in courses at the elementary, intermediate, advanced or superior level. Please note that your level in France may be lower than what you anticipate. All students will take courses in general language: grammar, oral, written, vocabulary; for approximately 21 hours per week in the morning. In addition, elementary and intermediate level students will have workshops in language practice one afternoon per week. Students at the advanced level will have the choice of culture or literature classes one afternoon per week.
