SUNY Oswego: Paris - SUNY at the Sorbonne - Summer

The SUNY at the Sorbonne summer program in Paris, France is an intensive French language and culture program. In this four week program students will earn 3 credits of French language and 3 credits of Global Studies coursework. This course gives a look into French culture and French organizations and their operations in and outside of France, with a special focus on Europe. Incorporated in the course are weekly visits to French and International companies. This allows students to see and interact firsthand with the operations taking place. In addition to these weekly visits, the program includes field trips to the Champagne region and the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium. Both are intended to give a better understanding of French heritage and the European political community.
