Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
I arrived in Swansea with the expectations of taking the classes I had "signed up" for the previous fall. When I went to officially enroll in Swansea University courses, three of the courses I was planning on taking were no longer available. I had not been notified that this change was taking place. I only got credit for one course while I was there because nothing else of value to me at my home institution was offered in Swansea. Regarding the grading system, you may be led to believe that a 70% is still an A at the University, however getting anything above a 65% was nearly impossible. I found that professor's here did not respect individual ideas but rather wanted you to regurgitate everything they had said in class. |

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | if you are a business student, do NOT go on this program. Interstudy was fine, but Swansea University itself was a disaster for me. |
