Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Rome is a very affordable place to live. From pizza for 3-4 euros to three course meals for 10-14 euros.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? On average, I spent around 30-50 euros a week.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? It is better to shop at the grocery store or local markets to cook at home because eating out every day can get very expensive.
