What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how to be independent in a different culture, amongst people who spoke a foreign language, in an unfamiliar place. I learned so much about the history and culture of Italy but also about myself. It was definitely a worthwhile experience and I would do it again a million times if I could.
