Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

large workload that helped me to grow as a person because I was alone abroad and at first had no one to rely on. made me adjust, definitely worth the experience.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

they were very relational and seemed to care about helping the student in any possible way that they could.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

* Food:

no dietary restrictions, thoroughly enjoyed everything available

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

met a ton of very interesting people from all over the world. this allowed me to hear different opinions and formulate new ones of my own

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

for the most part the city was safe, as anywhere if you put yourself in a bad area late at night you may experience certain dangers.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? 600
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? book flight to your vacation spot way in advance, you will save a ton of money this way. and look for friends in aborad countriexs rather than staying in hotels or hostels
