Incredible semester, incredible places, incredible people! Past Review
By Ally Cohen (University of Michigan - Ann Arbor) - abroad from 02/11/2017 to 06/20/2017 with
The Education Abroad Network (TEAN): Dunedin - University of Otago
I was able to interact with a diverse group of people from a wide range of places, and made friends I'll keep for the rest of my life. It was absolutely worthwhile and I wouldn't change a thing about my experience.

I absolutely loved being able to take courses with both international students and native New Zealanders, and thought the resources available (especially the international students' office) were phenomenal. |

I loved getting to live in flats with other international students, and my fellow flatmates become some of my closest friends I made while abroad. The flat was clean and very close to campus and my other friends. |

Food in Dunedin was amazing! Such a variety of cuisines and no lack of great cafes. |

Dunedin was a very safe city, and I always felt comfortable walking to/from campus and my friend's houses at night. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |

I never wanted to leave Dunedin! TEAN was an incredible resource and did a fabulous job getting us all acquainted and comfortable in our new homes. I had the greatest time of my life on this program! |

The Avid AdventurerThe wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal. |
