Not to mention the lifelong friendships that I have gained, also the independence of being on my own was very valuable. What I learned while abroad was something you need to get out and do, not something that can be taught in a classroom. It was most definitely worth while

Put forth some effort and you'll be fine. Definitely can't just forget you're there for school though.

I lived on campus which was great because I got to meet so many people from around the world.

It was easy for me just living on campus. Main expenses were food and travel
