Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
The academic component of this program was awesome. Not stressful, yet still informative and required you to work. Professors at RU were incredible people, and definitely knew their stuff. The capstone project was more fun than you could imagine, and it was amazing to see what my group as well as other groups were able to create. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
Amazing. The leaders of the program were three of the most inspiring and incredible people I've ever met, and they truly played a large role in why it was such an awesome experience. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Living in various hostels throughout Iceland was definitely an experience, and a great one at that. The administrators of the hostel were friendly, and almost treated us like family. |
* Food: |
Fresh, delicious, and often traditional Icelandic. |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I felt comfortable within hours. Some of the most friendly people I've ever met. |

* Safety: |
The administrators were very concerned with safety, but not to the extent where they were paranoid. Reasonably cautious, and made everyone feel safe. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes

The Avid AdventurerThe wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal. |
