I learn't about Iceland, its energy targets and the way the country is run. I also learn't a lot about America from the students who came by, as I am from Australia!

Our guides and hosts were incredible. Erla and Eyrun where lovely, caring and so fun! |

We stayed in a homestead and then a group lodge. 10/10 amenities. |

Icelandic food was lovely, and we constantly were fed until we could eat no more. |

On this trip I learn't a lot about the culture, language and people. |

Guides carried first aid kits, and all were incredibly experienced. |

Always felt safe due to the tour bus and guides. |

Yes
Learning about renewable energy and sustainability, developing a capstone project to present to 35 peers, creating friendships to last a lifetime and hike glaciers in our spare time... What more could you want? |

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | Dont only bring jeans... Bring some other pants as well. Also a rainproof jacket! In Australia, we rarely need these things. |
