Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

An once-in-a-lifetime experience that has made my mindset grow and learnt how to respect different cultures as well as people. The tailor-made internship gives me a deep insight into the career field and inspires me to keep pursuing my goal. Thank you Intern Group and my company, letting me figure out what I want to do right now so as to fulfil my dream!

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

Weguest is an amazing company that creates a respectful and relaxing atmosphere for workers and interns. Its young, energetic and creative image allows them to become attractive, potential and professional firm in the market. The managers give a lot of recognition to the interns that make me have the courage to speak up and give more suggestions on how to make the company better.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The living space is quite big. However, the cleanliness is not satisfactory especially about dust and bugs.

* Food:

The food included in the Intern Group's activities was great. Especially the one that we joined the Bernabeu trip. The environment was comfortable and decent. I love it very much!

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Toledo trip, Bernabeu stadium tour, flamenco show allowed me to experience and understand the local culture. However, it will be better if there are more activities:)

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

Actually Madrid is a very safe city, I can even walk back to the apartment from metro station at 1.a.m. But still you have to be alert anytime for your personal safety.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Not only allows me to work in a foreign country, it also broadens my horizons through the social and cultural activities.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

In Madrid, even I always eat out, it is not expensive. Totally affordable for students who have limited budgets

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? 100 euros
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? eat out at weekends and cook during weekdays
