How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I lived in a cabin with six other girls for the duration of the program in the middle of the Australian rainforest. It was the perfect living situation for me during this study abroad experience. My only complaint is that there was a mold problem throughout the semester, which is to be expected when living in that kind of humid environment.

* Food:

I'm a vegetarian and never had any problem with food. Iris is a WONDERFUL cook; she's very kind and willing to cater to all of our needs.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? This is a wonderful program. I learned valuable information about rainforest conservation and made lifelong friends along the way. For those looking into SFS, it's GREAT, just be sure you're ready to live in a really remote location for semester.
