What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained Spanish language skills, new physical abilities (this program includes lots of swimming!), and an amazing new group of friends. This program is absolutely worthwhile.

SFS Panama was an incredible program that provided me with everything I needed. I would modify some things if I could, but overall it was a fantastic experience that I would love to have again.
