An unreal experience that actually happened. Past Review
By Rachel K (Economics., Middlebury College) - abroad from 07/16/2012 to 11/12/2012 with
The University of New South Wales: Sydney - Direct Enrollment & Exchange
What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how to be an independent person and how to take care of myself. I also learned that it is important to make friends with the local people rather than just being friends with Americans only. It was definitely worthwhile but I don't think I would be able to live in Australia for a long period of time again.
