The University of New South Wales: Sydney - Direct Enrollment & Exchange

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Australia was amazing and I had the best time! The program wasn't the best and the school academics were not what I expected, but I also didn't expect too much for being abroad. Australia was the best place and has so much to offer! I would suggest Sydney Uni if you want more challenging academics.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Students there don't care very much about doing well academically. The system consisted of mainly one midterm and one final and that was it. Also, it is frustrating when you convert your grades into the American system of grading because at UNSW, mainly B's and C's are given.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Lived off campus in an apartment and was very happy that I was not on campus. Manly younger students live on campus.

School didn't do much to integrate us with the other local students of UNSW, but did integrate us with the other exchange students.
