This experience was definitely worthwhile! I was able to immerse myself in a different culture and interact with locals.

I never felt unsafe, but there was an incident of robbery. Just make sure you are smart about things and girls, carry a cross body purse with zippers.

Comments: There was a lot of repetitive information. The three proposals and one presentation required for the class was graded harshly as if we were expected to have been exposed to NIH grant proposals ahead of time.
