What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I loved being in a city and having all of the cultural/culinary/other experiences that provided. It was worthwhile to explore a new place and to come back to Middlebury with a greater appreciation for the things I had missed while abroad.

  • Being in a city.
  • The ability to travel around Europe.

  • I felt that having a fairly rigorous workload took time away from enjoying London.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? London is more culturally different from the U.S. than one might expect, especially the culture within the university.
