Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
classes were challenging, but most of work was concentrated at the end of the term and learning was independent. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
there was some guidance in the beginning; but i still felt blind sited by some things. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
housing was fine...however did not like the way checks were made. did not like the way they communicated. Ucl uses this overarching web platform for academics/residential/adminstration...and i felt like i had no idea how it worked. I SPECIFIED A MAX BUDGET FOR HOUSING AND THEY EXCEEDED THAT IN THE DORM THEY PLACED ME IN....They have to be more clear and transparent about this process/not do that. |
* Food: |
|
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | 30 pounds max |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | don't eat out so much and do free things for entertainment...walk a lot... |
