What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained a much stronger sense of self-efficacy and a new confidence in my travel skills and as myself as an individual. I gained a love and a better understanding of Scottish culture as it was and as it is now. I was inspired greatly by my experiences in the cities and in the gorgeous land. It was absolutely worthwhile.

Direct exchange at University of Aberdeen was a wonderful experience which did a good job in providing the necessary resources to make it feasible to mesh into the student and local culture.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? usually less than 100 pounds on an average week
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Buy groceries and cook for yourself more often! Still treat yourself going out to eat and experiencing local food of your location but just limit it to once or twice a week. Be careful with how much you can spend at bars as well
