Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
I hated my academic experience at UOC because I didn't like the system they had in England. Lot of things I could complain on with this. |
* Host Country Program Administration

Candida was GREAT! I absolutely loved her! She was great with responding to emails and was very helpful on what classes to take. |

|
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
The health system was a waste of time in England. Yes, it's supposedly free, but I went in October to register and when I actually had to go to the doctor when I came down with a sinus infection they told me "Oh we threw all the student registrations away because most of them were filled out wrong.".... UM WHAT!? I was not happy! |
* Safety: |
|
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
No
I honestly would save money and just travel. Not do the whole school part. |
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
|
Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | Not sure. |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | My parents helped me, but I took a year before I knew I was going abroad and worked three jobs to help pay! |

Reasons For Studying Abroad
To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you. |
The Avid AdventurerThe wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal. |
