What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I could be independent and maintain a really good balance between social life and academic life. It helped me to loosen up and become less worried about organising life down to the final second.

UEA offers only self-catering, although all accommodation is well equipped with all the cooking paraphernalia that you could possibly need!

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • The friends and flatmates
  • Travel - really easy to get around Europe for a relatively cheap price
* What could be improved?
  • Cooking utensils - only 1 of our hobs worked on the cooktop which made it very difficult for 6 people to cook!
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? It made me realise that, in life, everything happens for a reason. To go with the flow and not worry so much about the little things
