I learned how to be independent! It was my first time living not in a dorm, but an actual apartment, and cooking for myself! Very worthwhile!

I loved where I lived but for someone who came from a residential college campus, I wish I'd lived closer to the actual campus in Edinburgh! |

It was great! I got a concussion and was able to be seen the next morning for free, shout out national health care system!! |

Yes
I had such a great time. The school was very manageable, the city is wonderful, and the people I met were great! |
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
Edinburgh is an expensive city. Most of my money was spent on food and groceries. One way to avoid spending extra money would be to live close to campus because I was spending $40 a month on a bus pass because I lived far(ish) away. Also be careful of the exchange rate! |
