What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained confidence, maturity, and independence, along with a greater respect for the many cultures around the world. It was without a doubt worthwhile.

Given that it's all American students, I feel like there are less opportunities to immerse yourself in the local culture.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

While there were drawbacks and I'm curious about other programs to actually experience a foreign culture, the experiences I did have were absolutely amazing and I wouldn't change them for the world.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? No trip will ever go exactly according to plan. The key is to accept that and not panic whenever things do go awry.

You enjoyed the nightlife, and had fun going out dancing, and socializing with friends.
