What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I am glad I went because I had wanted to go since I was 15. Socially the student life was not my favorite. Exeter is definitely a party school, with clubbing on weeknights and excessive drinking.

I absolutely loved one of my classes. The other one had a misleading course description but turned out okay.

Cooked for myself, food not provided. My cooking is mediocre and irrelevant to this feedback form.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I needed a refill of a prescription and they gave me three months' worth for free. The health center was very friendly and helpful.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? around 20 pounds
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I saved around $5000 to prepare for studying abroad, and thanks to that I was able to travel to five different countries outside of England, buy a Britrail and Eurail pass, and live in youth hostels. Working three jobs at once was worth it! Traveling is the best part so don't spend as much on food and going out!

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? That Exeter is a party school. I thought the Reves Center was misleading in its advertisement of Exeter as a school with more of an academic focus.
