I thought it was really awesome to travel to so many places in one program. I learned that even though a culture may appear similar on the surface, every single person has their own story and their own perspective on life.

We had a module for each location we visited, so everything we learned was really specifically tailored to the place we were currently staying. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
We staying in a ton of different places. Everywhere was clean and comfortable but not 'luxury'. Mostly university style housing. |

I personally loved the food in the UK! we had a full english breakfast almost every morning which was delicious. Who knew beans for breakfast could be so good? |

* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Since we traveled around so much we got to see a ton of both England and Scotland, but it could have been nice to get more deeply involved in each location. |

* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
Our Teaching Assistant always carried a first aid kit for minor injuries like blisters. We didn't have any major incidents, but I would have felt comfortable getting medical care there. |

I always felt safe while I was in the UK. Most of the locations we traveled to felt more safe than back home in Georgia. You do need to be careful in the big cities like London, but that goes for any major city. |
| If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
The UK can be pretty expensive, especially with bad exchange rates. The program provides several meals, which is helpful. Eating out can be very expensive so buying groceries and splitting with a classmate to cook dinner is a good way to save a lot of money! |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Don't eat out too much! Save your money for bigger-ticket items (like going on the London eye) that you know you will regret not being able to do. |
