What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
My experience abroad was very worthwhile. I learned what it is like to live in a country other than the United States. I learned that people are people no matter thier culture, both in a positive and a negative way. I was more inspired to be more creative just by being in a different setting. I feel more free and able to accomplish my dreams and goals now that I have accomplished my goal to study abroad and now that my experience abroad has taught me more about the world and the opportunities out there.
