Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
I had 2 essays for each class that were assigned at the beginning of the term that determine my entire grade. The essays were usually around 2,000 words. The workload is not very much but the papers are a little difficult because they have a little bit different writing style and the papers usually require some research on a topic you don't know much about. The grading scale is very different 60 and above is an A 50 and above B.... |

I got to live in a house with other international students and Americans. We lived in a student village that was a bus ride or 40 minute walk to campus. We had to buy sheets and blankets and pillows pretty much everything. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Bring extra money to travel, during the 5 week easter break in the spring you will probably spend a few thousand depending on how much you travel. Book weekend trips as early as possible because they will be cheaper. |
