My workload at the University of Melbourne was far less than at Whitman, but the professors were intelligent and enthusiastic. Overall, great experience. |

IES Abroad was FANTASTIC!!! They planned awesome trips, and were always there when I needed them! |

RMIT Village was right in the city--perfect location for getting to know the city. |

Queen Victoria Market has the best groceries! |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I went to New Zealand during Easter break with a group of 8 friends. IES planned a trip down the Great Ocean Road, which was very fun and beatiful. |

I had no issues with healthcare, but a friend of mine did. She received help from IES Abroad I think. |

A Look Back
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | A student interested in biology, sociology, or any major really--University of Melbourne has a wide variety of informative classes with good professors. And if you go, living in RMIT Village is highly recommended! It was the best semester of my life! |
