Cyprus was different. No one in the states has really heard of it, plus compared to other European countries it is relativity cheap. Instead of being trapped in a country the emigre semester because the cost of living is so high and I would not be able to travel I opted to go to a chooser countries and just visit the other countries.

The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
