What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how to quickly adapt to different cultures and to appreciate the many differences globally. Living and exploring with peers was fun and a tad challenging at times, but the friendships were worth it!!

I would choose a program that was more informational and kept a good relationship with students. I think the NYC office was too busy and couldn't handle juggling everything, so somethings were unorganized and came as a surprise when arriving in Cyprus.

The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
