What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained a lot of confidence and became more independent while here. When you're planning your own trips to other countries, there are so many aspects and components that you have to think about and because of this I believe I have personally grown.

I'm glad that I came to Cyprus, but it's not a country that I would come back and live in for four months.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? Less than $100 unless I as traveling in a different country.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Start saving up early. When you get to Cyprus, make sure that you track all of your spending and set up a budget before you leave. Easy ways to track spending includes downloading apps or by creating your own Excel spreadsheet.
