Studying in Southern Italy gave me a good sense of what Europe is like and better prepared me for future traveling. The trip made me want to travel more and spend more quality time in the outdoors.

My trip was faculty-led and the prgram leader had a great amount of knowledge about the places we visited and was very helpful in arranging actvities in Italy. He spoke the language enough to communicate and seemed very confident in his abilities, which made me feel more comfortable on the trip. |

Climbing Stromboli volcano was a highlight of this trip. Experiencing Italy with other UNI students was a great way to travel abroad. |

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | Only go on this trip if you don't mind getting sweaty and dirty! You hear "Italy" and think "glamorous" but this trip is more for the active person who likes the outdoors! |
