I learned to live in the moment while in China due to my limited time there. It was definitely worthwhile and I would do it all again!

We were housed in a very nice on-campus hotel |

The University tried to accommodate our American tastes, albeit unsuccessfully, but when they did make authentic Chinese food, it was very good! |

It seemed as though we were secluded on campus and it would have been nice to have more opportunities to leave campus and enjoy Chinese life. |

A part of the teaching stipend is distributed while in China and costs to us were limited. The only time that I really spent much of any money was at the end when we time for shopping. |
