What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
My time here at Nottingham was unbelievable and I can't believe its over. The people, the social experience, and the overall culture difference was just amazing. I wish I could do it again.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I lived in Cripps Hall. Very sociable. I met some amazing people and now have some of my closest friends because of it. <br /><br />

Food was terrible

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Amazing social life. I loved the night life here.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Everything at the University was safe it seemed.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? I didn't have to spend much money on food because I lived in Catered Halls. But money would drain when I went out, at least probably 20 pounds a night.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Taxi's can add up, as well as the currency converter changes of my debit card.
