Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
Great. Group work and homework load was average. Exams were hard but thats only because they are worth more as a total percentage for your final grade. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
University of Otago is extremely organized and helpful to international students. The orientation weeks were greatly planned and a great way to jump into kiwi culture and uni life. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Perfectly fit with roommates. Super close to campus but far enough to engage in student social life. |
* Food: |
I was able to buy my own food so there was no problem. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Re-orientation week festivals and concerts and town nightlife was so much fun. Dunedin is such a great college town and everyone is so nice. there's something for everyone and its very easy to get around, walking or driving. |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
|
* Safety: |
There was campus patrol walking around campus and areas around campus so I felt very safe. They would also pick you up at night if you needed a ride home or didnt want to walk in the cold! |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
