I lived with an older Argentine lady in a house that I found on Craigslist. Very, very good experience. <br /><br /> |

Fresh fruit and vegetable stands everywhere, very convenient markets every few blocks |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | I had emergency appendix surgery while there; very affordable under student travelers' insurance, I was reimbursed fully; only ended up costing $2800 total (including surgery, hospital stay and meds). |
