Instructors were kind and knowledgable. They presented goals for me to achieve and worked me toward achieving them.

On-site administration of your program

The administration was helpful, but the layout was difficult to navigate as I had to walk to the individual departments to add or drop courses. All my questions were answered as I asked.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Dorm room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean. There were some nonfunctioning appliances (Radiator, and Bed Light), but they were repaired in a timely manner. The showers however, were very dubious, the ceilings were rotting away, and one looked like it would collapse by visit's end. The wifi is also spotty as was the Ethernet connection. I could use the internet most of the time though. The Kitchen, while nice, did not have enough space. 5 cupboards on top for 6 students meant I ended up having to share one, and while the bottom cupboards numbered as 6, my material had to be stored under the sink, which leaked. The fridge was also problematic as it had 5 shelves, and a sixth smaller drawer which made storing food difficult.

I appreciated most of the food, and having various coffee stores on campus. The Union bar was good, but the food served their was mediocre.

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Got along well enough with my roommates and colleagues. I had fun in the city, but the University is isolated from most major populations so I didn't really do all that much.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Had no real issues with health

Campus feels very safe, no incidents.

I had fun in the program, it was informative and I got to see the city. I went to Amsterdam and France and had an amazing time. In London I got to see plays, hang out with some great people and I even got to see Stonehenge, it was freezing, but I loved it. London was fun, there were so many sites to see, foods to eat, and things to learn.

I had a lot of money saved up, so I was fine for the most part.
