* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
They offered a lot of services and support, I didn't use them so I don't know how they work in practice. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
I lived in a share house close to the university, similar to the situation I have at UT. It worked perfectly for me. |

Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
|
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | For me it was slightly more expensive to live in Sydney than it was in Austin. Travelling is very expensive! Plan a travel budget beforehand and decide on how much travel you want to do before you leave. |

Comments: | Course tailored for exchange students. Weekly field trips to sporting events including both youth and professional. Had to write one major paper, one shorter paper, and keep a blog about the field trips. |

Comments: | Taught by many different professors, they switch off every 2 weeks. Some of them were decent lecturers, some horrible. Topics were interesting, but lecturers made them quite boring at times. I would recommend the course for psychology majors. |

Comments: | Small seminar course, about 10 students per each professor. There are many topics to choose from, each professor teaches to their specialty. My seminar was great, the professor engaged everyone really requiring you to think differently about the material, but some of my friends in different seminars felt differently. Most of the course grade is a literature review or major experiment. This experience also depends on the project advisor, I learned a lot from mine and my advisor was extremely helpful. |
