Yes, it has opened my eyes culturally. I also really want to come back at some point, I would love to work for a company that has international offices.

Pochy has taught in the US so she knew what to expect from us, and I felt that she did an absolutely great job. My expectations were met. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Neighborhood was very safe, right by class. a little walk to the downtown but not bad. treated as a family member from day 1. |
* Food: |
my host mom is a great cook, always had plenty to eat. however, recommend trying restaurants in the centro too. schoppdog is always fun. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Trip to Putre was pretty good, the excursions were good overall. Pablo, our tour guide, was very nice. |

How well were health issues addressed during the program? |

i always felt safe, but the girls wouldnt feel safe walking by themselves. especially at night, we were advised to not ever walk by ourselves. |

A Look Back
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | Studying Abroad is one of those things where, if you over think it, you can always come up with enough excuses to not do it. However, I would really advise everyone to have this experience. It has definitely opened my eyes to another culture, and I have enjoyed my time here. |
