University of Texas at Austin: May Term - Engineering Communication in Paris

On this Maymester, students take Engineering Communication 333T in Paris. The course research topic will be the city itself. For this assignment, students will work in teams to research, analyze, and write about the engineered cityscape of Paris and the accompanying infrastructure. Through the course, students will develop an understanding of engineering and sustainability issues affecting the city and will learn how to communicate effectively about these issues. Program activities in Paris complement the course topic, and offer students the opportunity to explore the culture, history and diversity of Paris.
