About
In the summer, the Department of Anthropology will offer a four-week, six-hour UT credit, Archaeology Field School (Ant f662 Field Archaeology). The field school is designed to introduce students to the prehistory and history of Western Europe and northwestern Iberia. Students will learn basic methods and techniques of fieldwork, laboratory processing and artifact analysis while working at the Civitatis of Bagunte, a hillfort and settlement that spans the Late Bronze Age to the Roman colonization of the area.
