The safety of our apartment was at times not great, but there were never any major issues.

There were many cheap and good food options. Many international options as well

Visiting the major sites in Prague with our program and tour guides

Prague felt very safe

Most people spoke English so it was at times hard to practice your Czech, much less learn it in 4 months.
