Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
|
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
Was very accommodating, office hours were not ideal. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Was amazing. However, did not receive curtains until I was obnoxious about it. |
* Food: |
That is to say, what I cooked was delicious. The cafeteria wasn't much good. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Salt Master Days was an incredible event held to honor the town's history in salt |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
|
* Safety: |
There is an english speaking doctor, the town is safe enough that you could sleep outside. |

Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
|
Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | 30 euro, but I had no offered meal plan |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Budget yourself, drink minimally. If needed, make a 'going out budget' so that you will not spend all your traveling money on bars. Most track 1's blew through their traveling money from bars. |

What was the highest level language course you had completed prior to departure? | 200 |

A Look Back
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | If you are not looking for a serious, challenging, or overall 'hard' abroad program, DO NOT go on this trip. If you want to go on a 'no grammar left behind' whirlwind adventure, study as hard as you can and aim for track 4. |
