You live in a house with all the other students from valpo. It's not a bad living experience, usually. It is much nicer than the dorms on campus. <br /><br /> |

they are wonderful, if you choose to find them and partake. |

Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | It's hard for me to say how much a week, but i spent 3500$ dollars. I did not travel as much as others, or it would have been more. |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Some places, you have to pay to use public restrooms. It's about 50 cents. |

How would you rate your language skills at the beginning of the program? | Fluent |
Language acquisition improvement? |
English is English, but i now know a lot of Britishism, which is always useful when reading books or watching TV/movies from the UK. :) |
