I was provided with a small, yet comfy, apartment. It had everything I needed. |

Since LMU is also an international school, I have met many other students from across the world there. |

The Health Care System is considerably better here in Germany. |

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
Europe is very expensive with the exchange rate. I was unable to do the budget that Austin College provided for me, because it wasn't possible after the exchange rate to only spend $3 on per meal. |

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Stock up on healthier foods here in Germany. They're cheaper than junk food,and can prepare a variety of different meals for yourself (Provided you can cook) |
