I learned so much about Greek culture and society by living there! I met lifelong friends and incredible people! Athens is old meets new and worth a semester stay!!

Great apartments, perfect size for small groups. Might be a bit crammed for large groups though. |

Greek food is great! And they even teach you how to make some dishes! |

Had to have unexpected surgery in Athens and the healthcare was great! I felt right at home and was thoroughly impressed (this was at the private hospital, not the public one). |

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? | Joanna teaches the Greek language course and she's amazing! I wish I had taken all 16 weeks of class but even after 8 weeks I felt comfortable using Greek in basic conversations. |
