Webster University: Athens - Odyssey in Athens
I'm Greece everything is so laid back. I learned that there is no reason to be so rushed in everything I do. I learned to relax and have patience and to just enjoy my surroundings. I learned it's okay to do things on your own and do what I want to do. I defiantly see a difference in myself and being abroad made me stronger and more adventurous, and happy.

* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Because we were so centuralized we got to experience so much more! We watched parades from our balconies and listened to Greek music from nearby restaurants when our windows were opened. We were so immersed into the culture and didn't even realize how lucky we were. |

It turned out to be safer than my city back home in the states. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
It was truly an experince I will never forget. Being able to travel as much as we did is what helped make my experience so amazing. I not only saw a lot of Greece but 4 other countries as well. |
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
Because the food was so cheap I spent most of my money on traveling. And because Ryanair flew out of Athens traveling was extremelyyy cheap as well. |
