What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
My language fluency improved so much; I learned a lot about myself as a person and I gained so much knowledge from the friends I made. It was the best experience of my life.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? Maybe $20, I didn't eat out much or do a lot of frivolous spending except for big excursions.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Take out large quantities of money from the ATM to cut back on fees!

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? Watch tv shows in that language with subtitles to help with comprehension and to become more comfortable with the rate of speech, listen to music in the target language and, when abroad, don't speak English!!!
