I tried a lot of new things. I learned how to sail and became interested in multiple new topics.

Lived in a house across the street from the seaport with 5 housemates

We cooked for ourselves.

When I was sick, all of the professors and admin were very understanding and helpful. One of them drove me to the hospital and another brought food over to my house. I missed a week of school but with there help quickly caught up.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Each person gets $60 for food each week. My house pooled our money every week and we had plenty of money to spend on groceries, random items for the house, or going out to dinner.

The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
